Betty is a seasoned professional with decades of experience in the fields of legal, governance, compliance, HR, alternative dispute resolution and risk. She brings a wealth of knowledge gathered from having worked in or for various corporate institutions including private, family owned, multinational and public organizations.

Betty is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the Institute of Certified Secretaries, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, UK & Ireland.

Betty holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi and is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
