Wancy Mudaki Lumosi is a transformational insurance executive with over 12 years of progressive leadership across Kenya’s General Insurance sector, widely recognized for driving business turnaround, market expansion, and sustainable profitability within highly competitive markets.

His expertise spans business development, intermediary engagement, customer experience, governance, and commercial strategy — having led multi-billion-shilling portfolios and strengthened distribution networks across a career built at Sanlam General Insurance, Jubilee Insurance, Britam Insurance, and APA Insurance. Most recently as Head of Commercial at Pacis Insurance Company Limited, he delivered a turnaround — reversing a significant loss position into sustained profitability over the years.
