Mr. Omariba is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in telecommunications, accounting and finance sectors. Currently a Senior Advisor at Thompson Associates, he previously served as CEO of MTN Business Kenya Ltd and CFO of UUNET Kenya and Zambia.

Mr Omariba has held leadership roles at KEPSA and Telecommunications Service Providers of Kenya (Tespok). Mr. Omariba was previously Chairman of the Institute of Certified Secretaries in Kenya and Treasurer and  President of Corporate Secretaries International Association (Hong-Kong Ltd).

Mr Omariba holds an MBA from the University of Nairobi and a BSc from Moi University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Certified Secretary. Tom has served as adjunct faculty at Strathmore University Business School in Nairobi since the year 2017.
